Toledo Area Cement Masons J.A.T.C.

The Toledo Area Cement Masons Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (J.A.T.C.) is administered by Cement Masons & Plasterers Local Union No. 886 and the Associated General Contractors of Northwest Ohio to educate union apprentices through on-the-job training and classroom instruction at the state-of-the-art Northwest Ohio Construction Education Center.

The Northwest Ohio Construction Education Center is the industry’s newest training facility, recently opened in 2004 after a $2 million, privately funded renovation to serve Northwest Ohio.
