Opened in January 2005 after
a $17-million renovation, Gillmor Science Hall is the cornerstone
of the science complex at Heidelberg College in Tiffin,
featuring modern technology and laboratories. The science
hall is home to the college’s chemistry and biology
departments.
The 42,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art Gillmor Hall
is also home to the nationally recognized Water Quality
Laboratory and its National Center for Water Quality Research,
which help protect the aquatic resources of Ohio, the Midwest,
Lake Erie and the Great Lakes ecosystems.
The Toledo chapter of the American Institute of Architects
honored the science hall with a design award. |
