Levis Commons
Perrysburg

A $55-million “lifestyle center,” Levis Commons opened in 2004 as the area’s first village-like complex and featured a blend of high-end specialty retailers.

The 319,000-square-foot open-air center mixes specialty stores, restaurants, and entertainment with the look of an old downtown street scene that encourages browsing.

With its shops, restaurants, office space, apartments, and plans for single-family housing, has developed quickly.
